FREEHOLD, NJ — Distinctive Living, a national senior living management and development company, has announced in a press release the appointment of Shelley Esden as executive vice president and chief operating officer, as current COO George Draghiceanu moves into the chief investment officer role.
Esden brings a wealth of industry experience including her role as founder/CEO of Lexor Living and her 15-year tenure at Sonata Senior Living, where she advanced from SVP of operations to COO to CEO.
With Esden’s appointment comes the addition of Lexor Living to the Distinctive Living family of brands, bolstering the company’s offerings in the luxury senior living category.
“Bringing Shelley on as COO will allow us to expand the Distinctive brand while focusing on operational execution of our current portfolio’s integrity,” stated Distinctive Living CEO Joe Jedlowski.
